Professional Experience
Donald has deep experience in many different businesses and investments. He most recently served as President of Parsons Corporation, a $3.6 billion technology, defense, security and infrastructure firm headquartered in Centerville, Virginia. At Parsons, Donald managed the Smart Cities, Construction, Rail transit, Aviation, Digital Solutions, and Intelligent Transportation Systems sectors. Donald has worked for a number of public and private corporations throughout his career. He has also owned and invested in restaurants, and acquired and divested multiple real estate holdings. His diverse background provides a wealth of expertise and experience to his clients throughout the United States.
Work Experience
$1.3 billion California High Speed Rail CP-1 Design-Build in Madera/Fresno County, California
Senior Vice President, managing the Alternative Delivery Group and responsible for winning and delivering the highest risk infrastructure projects in the company.
Vice President, Design-Build Director and Principal responsible for winning and delivering the firm’s largest design-build and alternative delivery projects.
Vice President, Deputy Director Surface Transportation responsible for winning and delivering the company’s design-build programs.
Owner / investor in the restaurant / brewery that grew to market and sell product throughout the Southern California area. The business had a very successful 9-year tenure in the City before being sold.
